Ensure safety and efficiency of electrical plant and equipment
Manage and motivate the EC&I Team
Support Operations Area Managers
Develop and implement budgets and action plans
Manage contractors and suppliers
Provide maintenance servicesRequirements:

Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems
Proven track record in electricity generation maintenance
Leadership and communication skills
Relevant qualifications and experience
