Contact basis; full-time, 5 days a week

Salary; £76-£90 per day

Academics are working with a range of Primary schools in the Studley in Worcester. There is a current vacancy for a Teaching Assistant to support with their Early Years pupils. The school is looking for an enthusiastic and kind natured Teaching Assistant to join their team who can commit the full-time position, 5 days a week. The role is full time, 5 days a week. This role will be ideal for you is you have a level 2/3 qualification and previous experience working with EYFS.

Early years are a really exciting year group to work with because the curriculum enables you to implement your own creative and dynamic techniques to help motivate and inspire the children. Within this age range of students, they will be gaining confidence in communication and their inquisitiveness will be encouraged by you.

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant we require;

Level 2/3 qualification.
Enhanced DBS on the update service or a willingness to obtain one.
A passionate and enthusiastic individual.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.As an Early Years teaching assistant you may be expected to;

Support children on a 1:1 basis.
Deliver group work that is tailored to suit the individual needs of each child.
Have a sensitive and creative approach to teaching.
A positive upbeat attitude to motivate and excite the children.As an Early Years teaching assistant, we will require from you;

Relevant qualifications.
Relevant previous experience.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
