Mechanical Project Manager.

£45000-£60000 + Car Allowance/Car + Benefits

Are you a Mechanical Project Manager in the building services sector with experience in project/site assessments, estimating and then the submission of tenders?

Our client needs a new PM to join the team, lead the engineers and sub-contractors managing the project process ensuring schedules and budgets are met.

Coming in at the predesign stage you will work from client drawings alongside the estimating team formulating comprehensive tenders, assigning subcontractors and putting together a schedule of works.

To apply the Mechanical Project Manager can either be an existing Project Manager or Mechanical Services Manager in this sector and will need a thorough understanding of current regulations. Previous mechanical qualifications will be required with project knowledge of both domestic and commercial sites.

The role will require you to be in the office 2 days a week with the rest of the time on site.
