Are you passionate about agriculture and have a knack for excellent customer service? Our esteemed client, a leading supplier of agricultural machinery across the UK, is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join their team in Essex.

Role Requirements:

Previous experience within the agricultural industry is necessary.
Similar role experience, including service advisors within the automotive industry, is also welcomed.
City and Guilds, Landbased Engineering, or equivalent qualifications are desired.
Excellent customer communication skills and telephone manner are essential.Benefits:

Starting salary of £35,000 per annum.
45-hour workweek.
Weekend and seasonal hours apply (to be discussed at the interview).Responsibilities:

Act as a point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and assistance regarding service inquiries.
Coordinate service schedules and liaise with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
Maintain accurate records of service activities, including billing and invoicing processes.
