ARB Registered/CIAT or working towards (essential)
Substantial experience within the Residential development sector (essential)
Proven job-running experience (essential)
Proficient in Revit & AutoCAD (essential)
Strong client engagement skills
Excellent leadership abilities
Positive and motivated attitude
Good technical competency
