An opportunity for several MMA /TIG Welder to join our specialist client that operate in the Onshore and Offshore Energy Sectors.

Our client has already engaged in the delivery of a wide range of high-profile projects and on the back of this they have been recently awarded another major contract and thus are looking to add several MMA/Tig Welders on a permanent position.

Part of an international business with over 70 years Industry experience.

DUTIES INCLUDED for the role of MMA/TIG Welder :

Carry out the welding of pipework.
Carry out welding on different materials and thickness including stainless steel, duplex, and carbon steel.
Carry out welding to X-Ray, MPI, DPI and UT standards.
To use a variety of welding methods ie., TIG, MIG, MMA and SAW.
Carry out the setting up of welding plant on different jobs.
Ensure all welds have a welder ID mark for trackability.

KEEN to speak to MMA /TIG Welders:

Several years' experience of welding with at least one of the above.
Experience working in a medium to heavy fabrication background.
Familiar with Hydro/Power/Petrochemical and Oil and Gas industries.
Experience working with different material types and thicknesses.

THE OFFER for the role of MMA/TIG Welder :

Permanent position Day 1.
Up to £18 per hour + Overtime.
33 Days paid Holidays.
