Salary: Up to £25,000 basic + generous benefits package

Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am 5.00pm

Key Responsibilities of a Junior Transport Planner:

Design and plan efficient routes using planning software.

Coordinate closely with drivers, ensuring a smooth operation.

Ensure compliance with driving legislation.

Utilise your geographical expertise for optimal planning.

Act as a communication hub, liaising effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

What We Need From You as a Junior Transport Planner:

Passionate about advancing in the transport planning sector.

At least 1 years of experience in transport planning or driver management.

A cool head under pressure you thrive in high-stakes environments.

Exceptional telephone skills, able to communicate clearly and professionally.

Proficient in MS Excel and other computer applications.

Familiarity with routing software.

A knack for problem-solving, especially in resolving issues with late or misdelivered items.
