Hello all!

Here I have for sale my very sporty 'Boy Toy' - a two seater Chrysler Crossfire coupe, which has been enhanced by the automotive maestros at Brabus, with touches like special bigger wheels (19 inch front, 20 inch rear, with wider, lower profile tyres than normal), wheel spacers, body skirts all round, various Brabus and their StarTech brand badging... etc - all of which give the wee black beast a lower, meaner stance than others of its ilk.

As these were there when I bought the car I am unsure if the engine has been enhanced as well - but the Mercedes Benz 3.2 litre lump is more than powerful enough anyway, making it go from 0-60 in 6 seconds, and a top speed of 155mph (not that I've tried either!). In fact, it is the joint 9th 'Fastest Accelerating Chryslers Ever' - though if Brabus did do work on the engine it may be faster (I am NOT claiming they did, but maybe they did)!

The car has driven just under 88500 miles but only forty (40) or so since before lockdown! It has been garaged, started periodically, and taken round the block to ensure no seizing up. That means it is very LOW mileage really, as it averages out at WELL below 5,900 per year! Therefore it's in very good nick overall.

Full service history (last Garage Service in 2019, but that was only 2,000 miles ago - and serviced by me as and when since then, due to lock down etc, so all oil, fluids etc topped up).

MOT until 27 July 2023.

Very good condition inside and out, although there was a slight headliner issue (it has been reattached but shows a few areas of glue bleed through - fabric dye/paint will cover it), has a slight crack to the rear bumper, and two very small areas of bubbling. Otherwise excellent in and out.

Mechanically very sound - benefitting from the fact that it is basically a rebodied Mercedes Benz SLK, with all the top notch running gear you'd expect from the German giant - and all easy to get in case of repairs.

Bulletproof Mercedes Benz 3.2 litre V6 engine.

Two keys (one would benefit from a new battery).

Heated electric leather seats (button operated heightened, lowered, forward, back).

Leather multifunction steering wheel.

New battery.

Good tyres, one new for MOT

Speed activated boot spoiler (though there is also a button to raise/lower it whenever you want).

Body skirts and spoilers all round.

CD/radio (with a disc for satnav but I don't know how it works! Silly me!).

This one was made in the last year of production, and is (I believe) one of about 50 sold that year in the UK - but as it has been touched by Brabus (in some way, perhaps only cosmetically), it is surely unique! Certainly unique to look at.

Only 40 miles or so since MOT in 2020.

My reasons for selling? 1, my eyesight is rapidly going, so I won't be allowed to drive fairly soon; 2, he was never used enough (40 miles in three years is a shame for such a Black Beauty of a Beast!); and 3, I've changed my garage into my office, and I don't want Wicked (named from his numberplate!) to be battered by the elements!

So don't pass up this chance to get your hands on a one-off rapidly appreciating classic at only £2,800. A genuine bargain.
