Manage the entire project, start to finish.
Set project goals and plans and Identify and solve project risks.
Create project budget with cost-saving goals.
Choose subcontractors for project delivery.
Monitor expenses based on budget.
Ensure projects stay on budget and finish on time.
Assign resources and distribute project tasks.
Hold regular project status meetings.
Handle questions and concerns from the team and clients.
Report project progress, delays, and issues to Operations Manager.
Ensure project meets customer expectations.
Support and guide engineers and electricians.
Develop and implement project completion strategies.
Communicate with contractors for different project phases.
Maintain compliance with budget, quality, and safety rules.
Act as the main point of contact for clients.Requirements:

BMS controls experience and qualification (Trend, Priva, Cylon, Honeywell and others).
At least 2 year's experience within the BMS sector.
