Accelerate Teaching is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and dedicated individual to join an esteemed Primary School in Kirklees. We are currently recruiting for a Pastoral position, a crucial role that plays a pivotal part in shaping the holistic development of our young learners. This position is available immediately and will extend until July 2024.

As a Pastoral team member, you will be instrumental in maintaining a positive and encouraging atmosphere within the school.

Your responsibilities will include:

Building strong relationships with students, staff, and parents
Implementing pastoral care strategies to support the emotional and social development of students
Collaborating with teachers to identify and address individual student needs
Organizing and overseeing extracurricular activities that promote personal growth and teamwork
Managing and resolving pastoral issues as they ariseBenefits:
