I'm looking for a private landlord in the chester le street area who accepts universal credit? And pets? Who doesn't want a ridiculous bond and preferably no guarantor needed.i have a written reference from my previous landlord who I rented from for 12yr.
I'm an outside smoker.
Need at least a 2 bed,either a enclosed garden or enclosed yard for the dogs (2)
For myself and 8yr old son.

I'm able to move in after paying a bond and signing for the keys (after viewing) pretty much straight away.
