Seller Type: Private, Date Available: 04 Apr 2024, Property Type: Other, Number Of Bedrooms: Studio
Hello. my highly professional composing and music production studio is located in an artists' warehouse with lots of creative vibe from neighbours. It is a very special and creative space.
The studio is perfect for recording, composing, producing, mixing and mastering any kind of music, and for video editing/cutting.
The acoustics are nicely treated and I have quite some top notch bits of equipment that I'm willing to share with the right person (see list below). You are also welcome to bring your own gear in and we'll arrange how to connect it all toghether.
Windows are nice for you that enjoy to see the sun or the stars during your long studio hours; but curtains are available if you don't.
The studio sounds really good for the recording of vocals.
Limits:
NO socializing/no parties. If you're a group or a band you all must keep a professional attitude at all times.
LIVE DRUMS ARE TOO LOUD SO PLEASE DON'T APPLY IF THAT'S YOUR THING thanks Sorry about this. MIDI drumkit is ok
No loud music or noises (included singing/loud talking) after 11pm and before10am. Night slots can be used too if very low volumes or headphones are being used. We’re geared with cool guitar and bass sounds even if d.i.’d.
NOT RESIDENTIAL so you can't live there. Occasional nap at maximum.
24/7 security CCTV is in place in the whole studio, covering or disconnecting the cameras is breach of agreement and makes our agreement void with no refunds for you.
Extra features:
-Many shared bathrooms, chillout/smoking areas, one communal kitchen, one communal garden/terrace and even showers and laundrettes are provided.
-The building has cleaning service in communal areas several times a week.
-Many studios on the corridor belong to photographers, filmakers, fashion designers and textile. You can hire a photography/filming space direct from neighbours.
-Fast internet is included.
-Private small fridge, kettle and microwave oven are inside the studio too. There is an electric air chiller that sorts the occasional warmer time.
-Electricity, admin fee and business rates are all included but electricity has a cap of 100pcm, the exceeding amount will be on you (this is because the heating in the winter is all electric)
I don't work commercially anymore so I need the studio just for my own productions, which is basically my Patreon feed, and the occasional mixing or mastering. Max 4/5 days a month but I skip month pretty often.
If I need to use the studio or the computer I'll always “book” and arrange with you first, I don't usually have deadlines so you have priority.
Then if you are a learning music or video artist of any kind and wishing to learn to use the studio yourself, I’ll give you the advice you need to be up and running, no extra charge, get in touch and we can discuss about it! The important thing here is that you behave professionally and you respect the studio and the neighbours. :)
Details:
Located next to Clissold park, TFL ZONE 2 - short walk from Canonbury overground or Arsenal and Finsbury Park tube, and any buses. Shops and restaurants all around.
