Job title: Distributor/ Installer
Location: Milton Keynes, visiting sites in the South of England.
Salary: Up to c£28,000 (OTE) pa. Up to c£25,000 pa basic + up to £250 per month in incentives + vehicle
Hours: Monday to Friday (40 hour week), no required weekend work.
Position Overview:
As a dedicated Distributer/ Installer, you will be the hero our customers can rely on. As a crucial member of our team, you will step in to tackle urgent service/ installation jobs on water dispense equipment. Your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to never letting our customers down will make you an integral part of our mission. This role involves extensive travel across the South of England, providing high-quality service with installations and service jobs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Urgent Response:
* Respond swiftly to urgent service requests, ensuring that jobs proceed smoothly despite challenges such as sickness or stock issues.
* Be the go-to person for time-sensitive installations and service jobs, embodying the spirit of a rapid response hero.
2. Travel and Flexibility:
* Comfortably travel across the South East, embracing the unpredictability of the job.
* Adapt to changing locations and schedules, ensuring a flexible approach to meet customer needs.
3. Passion for Customer Satisfaction:
* Demonstrate a deep passion for providing outstanding customer experiences.
* Strive to exceed customer expectations and resolve issues with a positive and customer-centric attitude.

* Work collaboratively with the field service team to achieve collective targets.

Skills and competencies
* Plumbing/ installation knowledge.
* Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices.

* Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards.
Key tasks
* Carrying out repairs to our water home systems.
* Always identifying and fixing the issue first time, avoiding return visits.
* Ensure customers are delighted with their home water system returned to full working order.
* Install water systems in customers homes.
* Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, plumbing is error free, and kitchen is nice and tidy.
* Set up and demonstrated the home water system to the customer, ensuring they can enjoy all the amazing features and benefits of our waterbars.
