Within this role you will proactively curate, manage and coordinate the promotional and digital content for the Southern Delivery Unit to increase the business visibility across the whole of Balfour Beatty. This includes engaging with key customers to understand what they need in terms of support to make a compelling case for ATS to support their on site delivery.
What you'll be doing
As a Digital Delivery Coordinator, you will have the following responsibilities:
Develop a solid working relationship with all of the SDU leadership team
Form relationships with the customer or their representatives to develop a clear understanding of their requirements
Produce digital Marketing & Promotional material to ensure that the capability and expertise of ATS and in particular the SDU is visible across Balfour Beatty. This includes ownership of the hub pages, external web pages (i.e. OSH website), social media presence, promotional videos/blogs etc
Work with Local Project teams and Clients to understand digital restrictions i.e. permissions required to use material relating to particular site works and tailor solutions to comply with these in the form of an ATS digital strategy for a specific site
Lead the development of a Social/ Volunteering Strategy and encourage all members of the SDU to use their 2 day annual volunteering days
Support in the wider ATS development of a Customer portal to link customers to each ATS Business Unit
Utilise digital tools including APP development, where appropriate, to drive optimisation, safety and performance improvement throughout the whole project lifecycle.
Who we're looking for
You will have the following:
The ability to communicate effectively in order to manage customer relationships, in addition to strong planning and organisational skills, to deliver operational excellence and efficiency
Sound presentational skills and the associated confidence to deliver the message
Experience of data and digital solutions with the ability to present them to customers and peers within the construction sector
The individual will require a can do attitude to problem solving couple with a willingness to ask for help
A clear focus on quality and safety, as pillars of operational delivery
Experience with using digital platforms i.e. Yammer & LinkedIn.
The following qualities/experience are desirable:
Strong computer skills - focused on Excel / Word / PowerPoint and ideally and ideally conversant with other software, e.g. MS Project.
