One of our local authority clients are currently recruiting for a Repairs and Maintenance Team Leader. This is a temporary contract for 2 months with possible further extension based on budget and performance.
Main Purpose of Post/Job Summary
The client is currently looking for a Maintenance Team Leader to be a hands-on member of the maintenance team providing leadership and motivation. The role will specifically be responsible for identifying and prioritising pro-active and reactive maintenance tasks on a daily basis.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Carry out repair inspections of residential properties.
* Project manage repairs work using DLO and contractor.
* Competent in the use of computers, PDA and related systems will be required.
* Working on complaint and disrepair cases.
* Complete work to a high standard in a timely manner.
