Brook Street Recruitment are looking for a candidiate who will be working with a client based in Crawley, Winchester.
We are looking for a post room attendance and someone who can also sort and arrange meeting rooms for the time they are working.
The right candidate will be receiving and shipping parcels, maintaining good communication with staff to direct the parcels to their correct destinations, and scanning and forwarding letters and documents to their correct departments.
Also to sort our meeting rooms as and when needed.
Skills needed:
Good written and spoken communication. (Most of the tasks are accomplished by sending emails and contacting staff)
Basic computer literacy.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Tools (Outlook and Word are the most important).
Physical ability to carry weights. (Moving parcels by hand or pallets with a pump track).
Good customer service skills.
This is a Monday-Friday role, short term contract for 2 months with an immediate start. Please check that you can travel to the site in Crawley, Winchester before applying as it is a remote client
