Selling my MG Magnette. It's a lovely elegent car but it's not my era so I've decided its not for me. It's in good overall condition but there is room for improvement. I haven't driven it much but it runs well. It's 1500cc with twin carbs. It's got an alternator conversion, a stainless steel exhaust and 5 new radial tyres. The exhaust has a little blow at the manifold. Needs reseated. It drives nicely, the gear change takes a bit of getting used to (old car) and the brakes pull it up smoothly but slowly not like a modern car. The handbrake isn't very good. The body is good and the paint is respectable but some edges have been touched in with a brush. The chrome is good. It has trafficators which have been fitted with led bulbs and work well. The interior is good with no damage to the seats. The wood capping could do with varnishing. The trafficators and horn are worked on the dash not the steering wheel. Not sure of its value. Price negotiable after viewing. Any questions please ask.
