Our client, a Franchised Car Dealership in Grantham has a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor / Service Consultant to join their team.

Salary Details: Basic salary up to £30,000 with realistic earnings of £35,000, further benefits to be discussed during interview.

Experience Preferred: 2 years of Service Advisor experience in an automotive environment. A full UK driving licence is necessary to be considered for this role.

What you will be doing as a Service Advisor:

-Qualify customer requirements via pre-visit call

-Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and courteous manner throughout the day

-Arranging Onward Travel

-Quoting additional work

-Gaining authority

-Upsell required items identified in the workshop

-Upsell value added products

-Invoicing

-Ensuring the customer is completely satisfied
