Team - Key Accounts
Hybrid Role - 2 days a week in the office.

A Key Account Business Consultant is there to help continue the growth of sales within our Business. You will be working closely with our Key Account Brokers and discussing the benefits of Vitality for their clients. You will support their training needs so they can provide their clients our new customers the best knowledge about our services. You will be their go to person. You will work closely with our Business Development Manager and the wider Key Accounts Team. This role is perfect for someone who is chatty and enjoys sales as we pay a healthy bonus!
Accountabilities
You will seek out every opportunity to have catch ups with your brokers to identify sales opportunities
This role is for people who enjoy sales so you will have all the skills to objection handle, build trusting relationships and be a key influencer who gets results
Once trained you will hold a full understanding of both the Vitality product/USPs, and the systems available to our brokers such as Advisor Hub, Employer Hub, the Vitality Academy and Quick Quote
You will be proactive in keeping up to date with our main competitors products, cover options, offers, and USPs is also key to the role, along with a basic understanding of the wider healthcare market
Your goal and target will be to support a Business Development Manager in growing our business with our wider teamWhat skills are required?
