Blue Water Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Site Manager to work on a new OCGT Power Plant in South Wales.

This position is for an immediate start, lasting for approx. 6 months.

The ideal candidate must have worked on previous Waste to Energy Power Plants.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.

* Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous.

* Proficiency in engineering design principles, using computer-aided design (CAD) software to create and review mechanical drawings, layouts, and specifications.

* In-depth knowledge of various mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, ventilation, and fire protection systems, with the ability to assess their design, performance, and efficiency.

* Knowledge of fluid mechanics and its application in designing fluid systems, such as pumps, pipelines, and hydraulic systems.

* CSCS Card, SMSTS / NEBOSH
