Adecco Birmingham are currently recruiting for one of their valued clients based in the B11 area of Birmingham, this would be first point on contact for their valued customers either face to face or over the phone.

The Role:

To be the main office contact for administration support, working closely with the Head of Marketing and Office Supervisor. You will be supporting senior management with a variety of tasks including:

Performing data entry, including updating records and databases for the Senior Management team including personnel, financial, production and operations departments.
Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests.
Managing correspondence, including phone calls, e-mails, letters, parcels and samples.
Organising meetings/appointments and overseeing catering for company meetings.
Creating reports to support the Senior management when required.Skills/Qualifications:

Excellent organisational skills
Previous administration experience
Good knowledge of IT system including Microsoft Office
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Be flexible in your approach with an ability to identify and manage priorities
Confident, courteous & professional
Good communication skills and people skills essentialAdditional Information

8:30 - 4.30pm Monday - Thursday / 8:30am - 4.00pm on Friday.
23 holiday days plus statuary.
£22.308
People pensions 4% company contribution if matched by the employee.
