Engineering Training Manager

Salary: £55,000

Location: Leyland, Lancashire

A Major FMCG Manufacturing client of ours are looking to grow the Engineering department by recruiting a Engineering Training Manager to join the team. The Engineering Training Manager will be responsible for overseeing the training and development of engineers on site including coaching, mentoring and developing their technical skills.

Skills required for Engineering Training Manager:

Experience in an FMCG Manufacturing Plant.
Engineering Qualifications ideally HNC level
Experience in training and developing Engineering Skills
Management and Leadership experience is required
A Strong Problem Solver and Decision Maker.
