Role: Year 5 Teacher

Contract: Full Time, Temp to Perm

Salary: £31,350 - £47.835 QUALIFIED / UNQUALIFIED: TBC

We are proud to be working with inclusive and developing school in the Hertfordshire area. The school is in the heart of Watford and is currently looking for a Qualified Year 5 teacher.

THE ROLE

ü Your responsibilities will include crafting lesson plans and maintaining order in the classroom.

ü Inspiring and engaging young minds throughout the day.

ü Recording attendance in both the morning and afternoon sessions.

ü Demonstrating a proactive ability to make lessons captivating and memorable.

ü Adapting teaching styles to accommodate students with varied learning preferences and speeds.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

ü Hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.

ü Have previous experience as a Year 3 Teacher or within a primary school environment.

ü Possess effective communication skills, connecting well with both young people and colleagues.

ü Display enthusiasm and consistently maintain a positive attitude.

ü Show a genuine passion for working with children.

ü Embrace teamwork and exhibit strong communication skills.

ü Approach teaching and learning with creativity and excitement.

ü Skilfully scaffold children's learning based on their individual interests.

ü Develop and deliver inclusive lessons tailored to accommodate diverse needs and abilities.

ü Maintain a calm and patient teaching approach, complemented by excellent behaviour management skills.
