Summary:

Assist in providing housing and support services for vulnerable clients.
Always maintain a professional and supportive approach.
Assist in the day-to-day delivery of services for supported schemes.
Help clients achieve their personalized support outcomes.
Strategy and Service Development:

Act as an initial point of reference on the phone or in a reception area as required.
Assist in providing a comprehensive housing management and support service, including working with tenancy agreements, rent collection, and charges.
Support clients to achieve agreed outcomes, considering their support needs.
Contribute to the formulation and delivery of person-centered support plans.
Assist clients with day-to-day support and tenancy issues.
Service Delivery:

Understand your role and be responsible for your contribution.
Emphasize a client-led approach and deliver your role effectively.
Work as part of a multi-disciplinary staff team and meet the requirements of a rota system.
Deliver a high standard of service to clients.
Use appropriate IT systems and maintain professional records.
Other Duties:

Provide a high-quality, customer-orientated service.
Review work outputs, set improvement targets, and appraise individual performance.
Participate in Divisional team work, encouraging innovation.
Undertake personal development and training to stay updated with legal, political, financial developments.
Ensure compliance with our clients Equality and Diversity policy.
Qualifications and Experience:

Valid driver's license, own vehicle, and business insurance.
Enhanced DBS certification for working with adults.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and engage in lone working situations.
Experience of working with vulnerable client groups.
Experience in housing management and/or social care environment.
The Package
This is a temporary, Housing Support worker role, 37.5 hours per week for an initial 3 months, covering the recruitment process for a permanent team member, meaning the role could be extended, or become permanent.
