Requirements:

Enhanced child DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
Prior experience working with children or young individuals with additional care needs
Two recent professional references
Experience managing challenging behaviours
Possession of a calm and compassionate demeanour
Strong commitment to pupil development and well-being
Proficiency in literacy, numeracy, and communication skills
