Are you an experienced Quality Manager within a highly regulated Manufacturing sector?

Our client is a large, successful, and growing Manufacturer who specialise in Ventilation systems for a range of regulated sectors including Nuclear, Defence, Rail, Pharmaceuticals and more.

As the Quality Manager for their Manufacturing site, you would become an integral part of the business working closely with the Head of Quality and managing a small team of Quality Engineers and Inspectors, to ensure compliance to ISO 9001 and drive quality improvements.

You will be responsible for:

Manage a team of around 5 x Quality Engineers & Inspectors
Maintain and Improve the QMS to ISO 9001
Analyse current Manufacturing processes and identify areas of improvement to implement new procedures.
Collate project quality documentation.
Resolve issues that arise from client acceptance.
Develop and manage client and supplier relationships ensuring compliance to ISO standards.
Investigate, resolve, and implement corrective and preventative actions.Skills and Experience:

Proven Quality experience within relevant Manufacturing or Engineering sector

Experience to ISO 9001

Experience with PFMEAs, APQP, PPAP and more.

Location - Bury

Salary - circa £60k - £70k
