This role would see you paint spraying small to medium components and parts for a Hydraulic Engineering company in Havant, as part of a strong team. Experience of wet spraying is not essential, but any engineering experience or knowledge of processes a real plus. No formal qualifications are required for this role.
The Role
Working on the day shift, you would be working from mechanical drawings to wet spray components, check and inspect, and run basic safety checks. Working on various parts for the hydraulic industry, you would be working on various parts used in different inductries which are in turn shipped all over the world. Working with spray guns, your job would be to coat and treat components as they make their way toward despatch via the ovens.
During quieter periods, you would also be tasked with jumping onto other departments. A can-do attitude and the ability to understand mechanical drawings etc is the main requirement for this role!

This company is based in Havant (easily reached from Portsmouth, Fareham or Chichester), and has a great local reputation. Based in an important engineering industrial estate, this machineshop is well known for its state-of-the-art machines and it's bright and clean working enironvent. They are internationally regarded as one of the best companies for hydraulic component manufacturing and development.
The Contract
This is a contract role (meaning weekly pay) but has real scope for long-term, and the chance of advancing your career and developing your skills. Starting on £10.50 on Days, with a guaranteed payrise and holiday increase after three months.
