We urgently require Chef De Partie to work in Private Hospitals in Cardiff CF24 and various locations in Wales.

Flexible hours (Morning Shift)
5 Working days, 2 days off

Our ideal Chef de Partie:
Passionate about working in a food service environment
Able to work positively with others as part of a team
Good business knowledge of a food service operation
Strong communication skills, able to engage and motivate others
Previous management experience within a kitchen environment

Desirable
NVQ Lvl2/3 in Professional Cookery or equivalent
Basic or Intermediate food hygiene Level 2/3
Food Allergen Certificate

Should have
Your own uniform, Knives and safety shoes
Eligibility to work in the UK. All your own right to work documents
Good understanding of English
