The business is known to have strong stability with long standing employee's not only in the UK and Ireland but also worldwide. You will be joining a company that has a presence across 270 locations in 190 countries, offering the customers not only their signature sports products but leading accessories and apparel clothing.

Offering a highly competitive base salary between £33,000 - £36,000 (DOE) + extensive package for additional earning potential and showing lots of value to their employee's across their benefits.

What will it take to be have an opportunity to join a brand standing for over 100 years as a Store Manager;

You will be currently working at Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Department Manager level.
You will have a great commercial awareness as you gain freedom on the Visual standards in store.
Experience working in a large turnover ideally in; Apparel, Fashion, Sports or Big Box environment.
Excellent Communication skills to lead and develop an established team.
Ability to lead the Store in a Flagship location for the business with little support required, have confidence to drive the business on a day to day bases.
Desired that you have a natural passion and love for the Sports / Fashion industry.
