What the day to day could look like

Writing risk assessments

Conducting Training from a safety perspective

Generating buy in from shop floor through to senior management

Keeping up to date with regulatory requirements from an HSE perspective

Carrying out audits on a frequent basis

Writing policy, investigating near misses, conducting accident investigations and any other HS related practices

Communicating a strong and consistent message across the site

Are you who were looking for?

You place Health and safety at the core of what you do

You have previous experience in an HSE capacity, ideally in a manufacturing context

You are positive and enthusiastic

You are a first class communicator and are able to influence positively

You have a HS membership or qualification (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH)

Degree educated in a safety related discipline or equivalent experience
