This newly created Management Accountment role for a market leading Bournemouth client, the opportunity offers a competitive salary range of £36,000 to £39,000, one day from home hybrid working, study support and an excellent range of benefits.

Reporting to and supporting the Financial Controller with financial reporting, compliance, month end and business partnering, you will be an integral part of this growing business in a state of transformation.

As a Management Accountant, your duties will include:

Producing management accounts to strict deadlines;
Ensuring accurate recording of day-to-day reports;
Ensuring companies maintain compliance with all international requirements;
Working with junior members of the team in support, development and mentoring.
The suitable candidate for the Management Accountant role:

Ideally studying ACCA/CIMA with fast-paced finance team experience;
You will be a highly organised individual with a keen eye for detail;
Experience of implementing changes and engaging with key stakeholders during changes of processes;
Experience of using SAP or a similar ERP system is beneficially but not essential.
