My client is currently looking to speak to candidates to take on the opportunity as a joiner for a full-time 6-month contract, with experience in general responsive repairs joinery work.

My client wants to engage with candidates with good experience and an ability to think for themselves.

Your New Organisation
You will have a fantastic opportunity to work for a local authority in the repairs team specifically the responsive repairs team. An experience in general responsive repairs is essential in a housing environment.

Your New Opportunity
You will have the opportunity for a full-time temporary contract for an initial 6 months, for the right candidate there may be an opportunity for a permanent contract, but this would be reliant on business need.

Person
You will be an experienced joiner/shopfitter/bench-hand joiner you will be fully qualified, or time served with a proven track record.
Essential:

* You will be a talented joiner.

* Kitchens and bathrooms experience

* Doors experience

* Skirting and floorboards

* Responsive repairs so an ability to problem solve and think on your feet.

* Must have a good level of customer service to work with tenants.

* You will have a full driving licence.

* You will need the use of your own van business mileage covered.

* You will need your own tools.
