Role Overview:

As a Quantity Surveyor, reporting to the Senior QS, you will be a vital part of the team overseeing window and roof replacements, External Wall Insulation (EWI), and concrete repairs for a prominent housing association. Your responsibilities will include understanding profit and loss, undertaking precise measurements, and preparing / assisting comprehensive Cost Value Reports (CVRs) on a monthly basis.

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the Senior QS to ensure project financial success and adherence to budgets.

* Undertake accurate measurements and prepare monthly Cost Value Reports (CVRs).

* Be site-based, coordinating with project teams to optimize cost efficiency.
