Salary: £27,000- £30,000 (dependant on experience)

As Internal Account Manager, you work to satisfy customers needs and requests, respond to their queries quickly and aspire to deliver a fantastic customer experience. This requires liaising with customers, internal teams and third parties to ensure the timely delivery of our solutions. Managing projects, co-ordinating solutions and providing proposals. You have excellent communication skills and are customer service oriented.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
* Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
* Act as the primary point of contact and handle customers individual needs, helping them through email, phone, online presentations, screen share and if required co-attend in person meetings
* Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
* Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
* Report on the status of accounts and transactions to the Customer Excellence Manager
* Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
* Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
* Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
* Enhance department and organizations reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
* Process sales orders and send down to operations for pick, pack and dispatch
* Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
* Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts;
Experience:
* Proven work experience as Sales account management or Customer service lead
* Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
* Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
* Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
* Understanding of sales performance metrics
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
* Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
* Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
* Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
* Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
