About Us:

Join our dynamic team as the newest member reporting into the Senior Infrastructure Engineer. As a key player in our organization, you'll contribute to the development of our current systems and networks, ensuring they meet the highest standards.

The Role:

As a crucial part of our team, your responsibilities will include:

* Monitoring server and network infrastructure

* Acting as a liaison and point of escalation for complex technical issues on the service desk

* Supporting the server and desktop environment, including patching, configuration, and deployment

* Mentoring team members on technical issues

* Maintaining detailed technical documentation regarding Infrastructure

Essential Skills (To be tested at interview):

* Experience working with Microsoft Servers, virtualization technology, Active Directory, TCP/IP troubleshooting.

* Proficiency in Microsoft PowerShell and other scripting tools

* An understanding of IT security principles.

* VMware/Hyper-V.

* Minimum 6 years in an IT role.
