Job Description
Hours: 40 hrs per week
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (based on experience)
In your new job as a HR Change Partner your main duties will be:
To manage a large scale, complex change transformation programme including a variety of changes to include and not limited to: operating model, terms and conditions, redundancies, business transformation
To educate and coach line managers, developing their ability to navigate their people through large scale change to embed for the future ways of working
Working with the HRBP on the organisational design of the contracts/businesses
Utilising change management strategies to implement change
Ensuring the change programme is managed in an ethical and legal manner with any risks being appropriately highlighted
Supporting line managers to navigate their people through the change programme, keeping them motivated and engaged.
Ensuring that all communications and documentations are legally compliant and an example of best practice
To ensure all projects are managed in line with the company policies and procedures in a timely and commercially focused way

Qualifications
The successful HR Change Partner will have:
CIPD qualification or Employment Law qualification is desirable
Project Management qualification would be advantageous, but not essential
Ability to challenge and influence key decision-makers with a professional, yet assertive and confident approach
Ability to effectively work autonomously with the support of the Senior HR Change Partner and wider HR Change team as well as the Forte HR programme lead and project team
Demonstrable experience of complex change management projects including redundancies, changes of terms and conditions and dismissals, ideally gained within a fast paced, matrix structured and commercial environment
Demonstrable experience of TUPE transferring employees
Ability to identify key risks and provide commercially sound resolutions
Excellent Employment Legislation knowledge
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Resolution and results-driven with a flexible and can-do attitude
Proficiency in SAP HR payroll system and Success Factors or another recognised HR database preferred but not essential
