Essential Skills:

You will need to have excellent attention to detail.
Be happy to speak on the phone with clients and candidates.
It would be beneficial to have strong computer skills and be proficient with basic Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
Be confident with all aspects of sales and business development or learning the process.
You must be able to drive to undertake client visits.
