Civils Site Supervisor Market Drayton

Due to continued growth and sustaining new and exciting projects on the Severn Trent Water Framework, the position of a Civils Site Supervisor has become available to join our client and work alongside their existing site teams.

The Role

* Oversee and coordinate construction operations at the site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety protocols, and quality benchmarks.

* Inspire and guide on-site teams, including subcontractors, to achieve project objectives with efficiency and efficacy.

* Conduct regular site assessments to track progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures as required.

* Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to enhance project performance and address site-related challenges.

* Maintain precise records of on-site activities, encompassing daily reports, progress photographs, and as-built documentation.

* Foster a safety-centric culture on-site by enforcing pertinent health and safety procedures and regulations.

Requirements:

* Demonstrated experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar capacity within civil engineering projects.

* Thorough knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.

* Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the capacity to efficiently lead teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels.

* A solid grasp of health and safety regulations, coupled with a dedication to upholding a secure work environment.

* Desirable qualifications include a valid CSCS card, SMSTS and relevant credentials in civil engineering or construction management
