A fastest growing tech firm based is looking for an experienced Principal Analog Mixed Signal Engineer to join as part of a period of rapid expansion. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading the design and development of high-performance IC drivers.

Responsibilities

IC Driver Design and Development - lead the architecture and design of complex analogue mixed signal IC drivers for silicon photonics components
Utilize state-of-the-art EDA tools for circuit simulations and verification to guarantee optimal functionality and performance
Define comprehensive test plans to validate the performance of the IC drivers
Collaborate with system engineers, digital designers, and other stakeholders to seamlessly integrate analogue IC drivers into the overall silicon photonics system
Maintain well-organized design documentation and prepare regular reports on design status, progress, and technical findings
Requirements:

10+ years of experience in analogue mixed signal IC design
Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Photonics, or a related field
Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools
Familiarity with lab equipment and tools for IC testing and characterization
Excellent communication and leadership abilities to guide a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional groups
The salary bracket for this role is £100,000 - £125,000 (plus a generous package) depending on experience with initial interviews occurring asap.

The role can be fully remote but will require some travel within the UK with flexible working arrangements available
