Hours: Monday Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
About the role:
As the Sales and Service Advisor you will be responsible for delivering high quality customer service to clients at all times, from processing orders, expediting supplier orders to dealing with complaints and resolving issues. You will be at the forefront of the business and play a crucial role in ensuring company values are demonstrated.
Key responsibilities:
Provide support and product/service information to customers
Processing orders, quotations and follow ups in CRM system and expediting supplier purchase orders
Resolving customer complaints and queries
Assist in customer purchasing
Fulfil any administration and coordination duties
Requirements:
You will ideally have previous experience within a similar Customer service/Administration environment, an excellent communicator who is able to display written and verbal communication with great attention to detail.
