Location: Predominately in London

Our client is a leading company in the elevator and escalator industry, specializing in Bespoke Architectural Finishes as well as metalwork and woodwork manufacture and installation. Based in Kent, they are committed to high-quality workmanship and professional conduct.

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Installation Supervisor to lead our teams primarily in London. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will organize and delegate work to skilled fitters and trainees, ensuring both efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

On-site presence at all relevant locations

Day-to-day management of site teams

Weekly planning and coordination meetings

Quality assurance of finished projects

Ensure the team has proper PPE and tools

Evening availability for night teams on a rotational basis

Troubleshooting and problem-solving on site

Coordination with field managers from lift companies

Communication with Office and Production Managers as required

Requirements:

Previous experience in lift or escalator finishes fitting is preferable, however having a background within shop fitting or carpentry would be discussed.

Management or supervisory experience is essential

EOR 202/204 certification is a plus, but training can be provided

Full UK driving license is preferable

Physical capability for some lifting

Ability to work on your feet all day
