In line with our vision of sustainability, the Island is run almost entirely from our own solar generation and as we live in a biologically diverse area, having respect for the animals and the environment is a MUST.
As such, we cannot under any circumstances accept pets or children.

As we are on an island, surrounded by water, a short dinghy ride (boat) to and from mainland is necessary, unless you're a wild swimmer. A personal dingy will be supplied which you will be responsible for and welcome to take on joy rides along the river in.

Deposit is 4 weeks upfront.
Rent must be paid and kept at a month in advance.

Situated in east Norwich we are 40 minutes walk from Norwich city centre, 30 from Norwich train station (5 minutes by car).

Working professionals only and unfortunately, no DSS.
