There is also a garden with a patio space, ideal to enjoy warmer weather days with family and friends.
The home has recently been refurbished and features a homely and modern styling throughout the lovely cottage. The entrance is located on the ground floor and it leads to the living room with a large TV, two sofas and an armchair, for when you want to relax after a long day of exploring beautiful Cambridge. The kitchen is adjacent to the living room and it offers plenty of space for communal gathering or just to cook together. The dining room with a large table is located right next to the kitchen, in the conservatory area, making it a great spot for dinner under the moonlight and stars. The conservatory opens up to the private garden space. On the ground floor, guests will also find a bathroom for added convenience. All 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor, featuring two double beds and one bunk bed, ideal when travelling with kids. The second bathroom is located on the first floor. You’ll have access to the house at all times. Because the home comes with key box, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3 pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9 pm.
