We are currently working with a leading UK Facilities Management Service provider to recruit a HR Advisor to work on a remote basis, with travel to sites around the M11 corridor between Stevenage and Chelmsford, along with others in the South East area when required
Job Outline:
To provide an excellent professional field-based HR advisory service to line managers requiring advice, support, guidance and training on people management issues in order to maximise the effectiveness of the human resource, where appropriate, referring queries back to the HR Helpline or HR Business Partner where appropriate.
Candidate requirements:
* Working knowledge of one functional area through job experience and training
* Likely to have 2-5 years business experience/HR management experience
* Understanding of all aspects of HR including employee relations, recruitment and selection
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels, ability to build and develop good quality professional relationships
* CIPD qualified or equivalent
* Excellent Interpersonal skills
* Able to work on own initiative and without need for close supervision.
* Flexibility to travel within own geographical area of responsibility
