I am currently working with a management contractor who are looking to recruit a Senior Project Mnaager on their site in Teesside.

The role will be to oversee the delivery of a large multi-million-pound commercial project and support the Construction lead in his role to run the programme.

Handover date is December 2024, with a potential additional project to move onto.

The right candidate will:

* Be keen to progress in their career

* Have experience working on multi-million-pound commercial build projects

* Have a Clerk of Works Construction Background
