We are recruiting for a fantastic boutique fitness studio in Belfast. Part of a rapidly expanding fitness brand, this is a great opportunity to join a company still at the early stages of their growth and expansion. In regard to new fitness jobs, this is truly an opportunity not to be missed.
The concept is great! The studio operates a circuit-based training programme which offers members maximum results in a half an hour workout. A big part of the circuit training is focused on boxing and kickboxing and they are also home to MyZone's heart rate technology. As a studio manager you will have overall responsibility for the studio and run it like your own business. This includes customer service, operations, sales and of course ensuring that the members have a fantastic workout. You will be responsible for the planning and implementation of sales strategies, including new corporate business and ensuring maximum retention of your existing members. This fitness job would suit someone who is entrepreneurial, driven and has strong business acumen. There will also be an element of delivering the workout with the role so a REPS level 3 is required.

1. Sales and commercial experience of driving a business forward
2. Previous management experience in a fitness environment
3. Proven examples of member retention and team development
4. Passion and experience of personal training and group fitness
5. Excellent customer service and operational knowledge
