Tennial Personnel is actively seeking a Hot Tub and Swim Spa Engineer to join our clients dynamic team, who is a leading provider of high-quality hot tubs, swim spas and sauna's, committed to delivering exceptional products and services to their customers, within Suffolk and surrounding counties based in Stonham Aspal. Responsibilities include installing, repairing, and maintaining hot tubs, swim spas and sauna's, the ideal candidate will have experience in plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance but not essential as full training is provided.
As a Hot Tub Engineer, you will be responsible to maintain customers hot tubs and swim spas, carry out services, diagnostic work & repairs as well as offering aftercare advice on products and chemicals. You will also be required to help out on the installation side of the business so being strong, fit and healthy is a must.
Our customer prides themselves on a high level of customer service and standards both in store and out in the field. You will predominantly be lone working so we are looking for self-motivated individuals who take pride in their work but also be able to operate within a small team environment and be a team player.
You will have use of a company vehicle during your working day so a full clean driving licence is required.
Ideally we're looking for someone experienced in hot tub plumbing and electrical systems but training can be given to the right candidate with a background in plumbing, electrical or engineering.
A Forklift licence is advantageous but not essential.
Responsibilities:
Installing and setting up spas in customers' homes or commercial properties
Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems with spas and identifying necessary repairs
Performing repairs and maintenance on spas, including repairing leaks, replacing parts, and ensuring proper water chemistry
Communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met and their questions are answered
Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used
Providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with clients
Adhering to all safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
GCSE equivalent
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift heavy equipment
