We are looking for someone to join our family based in Conisbrough. We're seeking someone who has experience in recruiting and bookkeeping.
You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you'll contribute to making the company a better place to work.
This is a varied role with lots of exposure to the different duties within the business.
Duties:
- Assisting with Bookkeeping
- Helping out with Recruitment
- PA duties
- Diary Management
- Attending webinars
- Tracking and managing staff budgets and reimbursements
- Accurately producing financial reports and budgets
- Working with Payroll related matters
- Administrative duties linked to HR, such as looking after new starters, preparing induction papers etc.
Essential attributes and experience required:
- Great eye for detail
- Self motivated, driven and hardworking
- Ability to prioritise and manage your own workload
- Previous Bookkeeping experience & or Recruitment
- Previous experience or exposure to Payroll, Purchase Ledge or Credit Control
-Previous Recruitment experience
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Experience working with WordPress (desirable)
