A word from the owner...
"We have happily lived in this property for over eight years, and love the local area and community. Our flat has been perfect for us as a young family, with so much space and wonderful light. We have had many a lazy day relaxing on the living room balcony which is a great sun-trap. It was a very tough decision for us to move, but our new family plans have meant this is now necessary. The proximity to Blackhorse Road Tube means an easy commute to central London. It's also great to be within driving distance to Epping Forest for a country walk. It has been exciting to witness the area transform over our time here, with so much to enjoy with the Walthamstow Wetlands, many breweries, new restaurants and leisure facilities. With so much to offer and much more to come, you will love living in this area."
