We are looking for a dedicated Hire Fleet Parts Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the efficiency of our repair operations. Role Objective:

* Contribute to the efficiency of the hire fleet production team's repair operation and output targets.

* Monitor and act upon stock control systems and processes to ensure inventory levels meet demand and maximize productivity.

* Coordinate parts orders and facilitate parts requests from Production.

Main Purpose:

* Coordinate with the Hire Fleet Production Team to achieve vehicle maintenance goals through timely parts requisitioning and stock control processes.

* Maintain working relationships with team members and line managers.

* Review suppliers and stock levels to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

* Process stock or part receipts and returns.

* Deliver parts or ancillary equipment to technicians' work areas as needed.

Knowledge and Experience:

* Sound knowledge of motorcycle parts.

* Experience in business-to-business dealing and database use.

* Previous experience in a store, warehouse, or parts environment.

* Polite, confident, and professional communication skills.

* Strong computer and IT literacy, including MS Office and databases.

* Accurate administration and organizational skills.

* Problem-solving ability and strong communication skills.

* Positive, enthusiastic attitude and ability to work well in a team.

* Motorcycle experience is desirable.
